Only Office Integration

MyWorkDrive 6.1.1 Server or higher Required:

MyWorkDrive Server 6.1 or higher supports editing of Office files using open sourced based Only Office*. With this option customers have the ability to run their own Only Office Doc’s Server that provides the same functionality as Office Online at a reduced cost without the need for Office 365 licenses.

With Only Office, MyWorkDrive users have the ability Create, edit, and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets and presentations stored on Windows File Shares directly from the browser.

• Popular formats supported: docx, xlsx, pptx, odt, ods, odp, doc, xls, ppt, pdf, txt, rtf, html, epub, csv.
• Fully compatible with OOXML formats.
• Supports Co-Editing.

Licensing

The MyWorkDrive integration utilizes the Only Office Developer Edition which supports 3rd party API integration. Begin by setting up an Only Office Developer Edition Server. Customer will need to license the Only Office Developer Edition (Free Trials Available) for production use with full support to integrate with MyWorkDrive. Customers may also utilize the Only Office Community Edition (20 User limit).

MyWorkDrive Setup

To integrate your MyWorkDrive server with Only Office online editing, simply point to your Only Office Server secure web url. This will enable web based office file editing and coediting functionality.
